Lamps are where 3D printing really shows off. A printed shade can have pleats, waves and patterns that would be hard to make any other way, and light makes every layer glow. Here are ten 3D printed lamp ideas from Etsy shops, sorted by where they go.

Are 3D Printed Lamps Safe?
The makers above pair printed shades with LED light, and that’s the point: LEDs stay cool, while plastic like PLA softens with heat. If you print a shade yourself, use an LED bulb and keep the plastic away from the bulb itself.
